About Tallahassee College town with FSU and FAMU. State Capital. Canopy roads, small town feel but with big city amenities. And the Gulf Coast beaches are 90 minutes away. This is not Orlando or Miami. North Florida is a much different vibe.

And Tallahassee makes the math work: no state income tax and lower cost of living. Your salary goes a lot further here than in a major metro.
