Experienced Internet Sales Manager

Tile International is looking to hire an experienced Internet Sales Manager for our Waltham tile and stone showroom.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in sales and/or customer-interacting roles
• Minimum (1) year experience in the tile, stone, and/or design industry (residential, kitchen, bath, etc.)
• Knowledge of hard surface floor is a plus
• Industry experience in building materials and installation is a strong plus
• Degree in design is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of lead processes, shipping, and timelines associated
• Strong sense of professionalism and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Create a positive rapport with each and every customer
• Proficient computer knowledge, ability to self-motivate, and ability to manage several tasks/projects simultaneously and stay organized

Digital Literacy:

• Proficiency in using online tools and platforms, such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media channels, as required.

• Working remotely or in a fast-paced environment requires the ability to adapt to changing conditions and stay motivated to meet sales goals.
• Attention-to-detail and organizational skills to prioritize projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Follow-up with sales leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person.
• Work with clients, builders, installers, etc. to gather information on clientele needs, project requirements, and material information.
• Research specifications using spec books/manuals and information provided by reps.
• Research and source products using internet search engines
• Enter and track customer activity and information
• Work with our Purchasing Manager to order products, samples, and marketing material.
• Follow-up on customer needs after receiving samples sent by us.
• Work with various vendor reps to keep up-to-date and push marketing on products.
• Price material based on quantity, including gathering freight quotes for said material.
• Greet and assist customers in our showroom as needed.
• Maintain company 5 star rating.

Hours:

• Prepared to work any time Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM-4:00PM
• Full-time position, comprised of a 40 hour work week.
• On-site position to start, hybrid possible based on performance and showroom needs.
• $20.00-$23.00/hour (based on experience)
