Experienced Kitchen Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation.
• Develop menus with chefs and implement new recipes.
• Enforce sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and schedule repairs.
• Control kitchen budget, food costs, and labor efficiency.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
