Experienced Laser Operator – 2nd Shift

We’re looking for a skilled Laser Operator who can work 2nd shift and operate effectively with minimal supervision. This role supports a dynamic workload that fluctuates and changes in nature, so adaptability and flexibility are essential.

You’ll be working with one other team member, making teamwork, communication, and accountability critical to success. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and capable of staying on task while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate 8k/4k lasers
• Nest parts and optimize material usage
• Load programs and make machine adjustments as needed
• Read blueprints and produce parts within specifications
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Maintain consistent production and quality standards
• Work independently and manage your workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Laser operator experience required
• Nesting experience required or strongly preferred
• Brake Press experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Experience with machine setup and troubleshooting
• Mechanical aptitude
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong integrity, reliability, and accountability

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Stand for extended periods
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Laser Operator : 3 years (Required)
• Nesting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Press brake machine: 1 year (Preferred)
