Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Lash Technician to join our modern salon team, where exceptional customer service and flawless lash artistry are our top priorities. As a Lash Technician, you will be responsible for enhancing our clients' natural beauty through expert lash extensions and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lash Extension Application: Perform precise lash extension services, including classic, volume, and hybrid lash sets, tailored to each client's desired look while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
• Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, assess their natural lashes, and recommend appropriate lash styles and lengths.
• Customization: Customize lash extensions based on the client's eye shape, desired outcome, and overall aesthetics, ensuring a comfortable and natural feel.
• Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, building strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor.
• Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the health and well-being of both clients and staff.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest lash extension techniques, products, and trends in the beauty industry to provide clients with the best options and recommendations.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, ensuring timely service delivery and maximizing productivity.
• Upselling and Retail: Promote aftercare products and additional salon services to enhance the client's overall experience and contribute to the salon's revenue.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lash Technician, with a portfolio showcasing your work. - Certification in lash extensions application.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision. - Knowledge of eyelash health and safety practices.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
