- Support the closing of the venue and ensure the floor is left in an organised and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and team performance.
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive, professional team culture.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
What We're Looking For

- Strong knowledge of high-volume hospitality operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team during busy services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, calm and professional approach, particularly under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine focus on guest experience.
- The ability to work closely with multiple departments and communicate effectively across the venue.
- Full flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late nights.
- Excellent understanding of health & safety and licensing requirements.
- Fluent English.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys the energy of a late night venue and knows how to get the best from a team.
