Responsibilities

Prepare menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to quality.

Cook using a variety of techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, baking, and broiling.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout every shift.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.

Work efficiently during high-volume lunch, dinner, and weekend service.

Assist with food prep, stocking, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization.

Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Help maintain the high standards our guests expect from Buddies.

Qualifications

Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure.

Dependable, positive, and team-oriented.

Evening and weekend availability.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
