Experienced Line Cook — High-Volume Restaurant & Catering

We are looking for SERIOUS, EXPERIENCED COOKS — not someone looking for their first kitchen job.

Our restaurant and catering operation is growing, and we need dependable cooks who can step onto a busy line and produce consistent food without constant supervision.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years professional commercial kitchen experience preferred
• High-volume restaurant experience
• Strong experience with frying and cooking proteins
• Able to follow recipes and portion standards
• Able to read tickets and prioritize multiple orders
• Fast, organized and clean while working
• Understands food safety and proper food handling
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working during lunch/dinner rushes
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to perform prep, cleaning and closing duties
• Catering experience is a major plus

This position is NOT for you if:

• You have little or no professional kitchen experience
• You need constant direction
• You don’t handle pressure well
• You’re frequently late or call out
• You aren’t willing to clean
• You aren’t comfortable working at a fast pace

We need cooks who can come in, learn our system and WORK.

Pay: Based on experience and demonstrated skill

Schedule: Must have reliable availability, including weekends as needed

Hiring Event

Qualified applicants should be prepared for an in-person interview and possible hands-on cooking evaluation.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
