The Brown Barn Tavern is a beautiful century old renovated cattle barn overlooking Alpine Valley Ski Resort featuring a 90% scratch kitchen. We are looking for professional, experienced, high volume cooks looking to grow, train & learn in the culinary field. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station
• Preparing menu items according to recipe/spec
• Be on time / In uniform
• Be a team player!
• Brown Barn Tavern Kitchen Hours:
• Tuesday 3pm - 9pm
• Wednesday 3pm - 9pm
• Thursday 3pm - 9pm
• Friday 12pm - 9pm
• Saturday 12pm - 9pm
• Sunday 11am- 7pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
