Experienced Litigation Assistant – Join Our Team

VAMOS Law Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Assistant to support our attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines while providing exceptional support throughout the litigation process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, file, and manage legal pleadings, motions, correspondence, and court documents
• Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are properly calendared
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and government agencies
• Schedule hearings, depositions, meetings, and attorney appointments
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case records
• Track case progress and follow up on outstanding matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal document preparation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
