LiveBase Shopping sells electronics and general merchandise through live auctions on Whatnot. We’re hiring an experienced computer operator to manage the technical and operational side of our streams.

Hands-on experience operating Whatnot live streams is required. You should be comfortable running auctions, supporting the host, keeping sold items organized, and handling issues as they happen. We’ll teach you our setup, but you should already know how to operate a live show.

What you’ll do

• Prepare listings, auction settings, shipping profiles, and stream equipment before each show.
• Run auctions and select the correct products and shipping profiles.
• Coordinate closely with the host to keep the show moving.
• Track sold items and communicate order information clearly to packers.
• Monitor chat and assist with buyer questions.
• Troubleshoot common computer, audio, camera, internet, and platform issues.
• Help resolve order discrepancies and keep accurate records.
• Take initiative when something goes wrong and communicate issues promptly.
• Assist with stream preparation, cleanup, and related daily operations.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience operating live shows on Whatnot.
• Consistent availability to work five days every week.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation to work.
• Confidence using computers and managing several tasks during a live broadcast.
• Familiarity with auctions, listings, shipping profiles, and bundled purchases.
• Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
• A calm, practical approach to troubleshooting.
• Willingness to take ownership and help wherever needed within stream operations.
