SPARK Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team!

We are a growing, member-focused credit union dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping our members achieve financial success.

We are looking for someone with consumer lending experience who can independently process loans from application through funding while providing outstanding member service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process consumer loans, including auto loans, personal loans, and credit cards.
• Review credit reports, verify income, and calculate debt-to-income ratios.
• Prepare loan documents and coordinate closings and funding.
• Process vehicle titles, liens, and collateral documentation.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.
• Communicate with members throughout the lending process.
• Maintain accurate loan files and documentation.
• Assist with member service responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consumer lending experience required.
• Previous credit union or banking experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to member service.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

Opportunity to Advance into a Loan Officer Role!

This position includes a six-month probationary period. Upon successful completion of probation, the employee may be considered for advancement into a Loan Officer role, including loan approval and denial authority.

Advancement will be based on demonstrated lending knowledge, job performance, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and management authorization.
