About the role

Experienced Maintenance Grader Operator / All Rounder position based in Gascoyne Junction, operating on an 11-hour day, 10 days on / 4 days off roster. Key responsibilities

• Road maintenance
• Maintenance grading of unsealed roads
• Perform basic plant maintenance
• Work unsupervised and follow direction effectively
• Undertake other duties as required

About you

• Experience in road maintenance
• Proven skills in maintenance grading unsealed roads
• Mechanically minded, with the ability to perform basic plant maintenance
• Comfortable working and living in a remote location (Camping out)
• Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
• Current HR/HC Class Driver's Licence
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow direction effectively
• Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment
• Willingness to undertake other duties as required

• Annual Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
