- Experienced swimming school manager or instructor
- Pool industry experience
Pool Manager Responsibilities
Oversee daily pool and swim school operations
Coordinate customer service and enrolments
Manage staff, rosters and lesson schedules
Ensure pool safety, compliance and water quality
Support and supervise swimming instructors
Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming facility
