Experienced M&A Associate

A top‑ranked AmLaw 50 firm with a growing Texas presence is seeking a mid‑level associate with extensive M&A experience, ideally with a focus on energy/oil & gas or private equity transactions, to join the firm’s Dallas office. This is an opportunity to join a busy, highly regarded deal team within a firm known for its collaborative culture, transparent path to partnership, and top‑market compensation. The role offers significant client contact, hands‑on deal work, and opportunities for advancement.

Candidates must have:

• 3+ years of M&A experience
• Top academic credentials
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
• Licensed in TX or alibility to become licensed
