Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marine engineering, a strong technical background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marine vessels. Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a fully qualified Marine Engineer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in the marine industry. You should have a strong technical foundation and the ability to work independently across a wide range of marine systems.

Experience working with Volvo Penta, FPT, and Stern drives etc will be a significant advantage. Familiarity with both inboard and outboard systems, along with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, is highly valued.

You’ll take pride in your work, communicate clearly with clients and team members, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to the role. Being part of a small, dedicated team means being adaptable, reliable, and keen to contribute to our ongoing growth and reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on marine engines for trailer boats and superyachts.
• Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot technical issues and find innovative solutions.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in marine engineering technology.

Requirements:

• Ability to service & rebuild engines, gear boxes, stern drives & work on all ships systems
• Have some knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
• Diagnostics and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Be punctual and have good house (ship) keeping.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
