Experienced Marketing manager META ads

Job Overview

We are Trucking company based out of IL and looking for a new drivers for our growing fleet. So we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager specializing in META advertising platforms to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of targeted social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other META channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive paid social media campaigns on META platforms to meet specific marketing objectives.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple channels including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Indeed, Tenstreet, Craiglist, etc
• Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to maximize campaign reach and relevance.
• Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance and user behavior.
• Analyze media performance metrics using marketing analytics and reporting tools; generate insights to inform ongoing campaign adjustments.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid search marketing (PPC) campaigns with a focus on social media advertising across META platforms.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including Facebook Advertising, Google Ads (AdWords), Microsoft Ads.
• Expertise in performance marketing techniques such as conversion optimization, media planning, media buying, and web analytics reporting.
• Familiarity with SEM (Search Engine Marketing), affiliate marketing strategies, and paid search marketing best practices.
