Grosvenor Street Physiotherapy and Wellbeing Clinic is a welcoming, family-owned practice in the heart of Mold, Flintshire. Who you are :

· Qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Massage Therapist

· Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles.

At Grosvenor Street Physiotherapy and Wellbeing Clinic, we’re looking for more than just clinical experience - we want team members who share our values and bring genuine passion to their work.

What you will be doing:

As a valued member of the Grosvenor Street Physiotherapy and Wellbeing team, you will:

• Carrying out client consultations and assessment prior to treatment.
• Deliver hands-on massage therapy tailored to individual clients needs
• Providing therapeutic, remedial and /or sports massage - as appropraite.
• Identifying relavant contraindications and adapting treatment where appropriate.
• Prescribe tailored rehabilitation programmes involving posture education, and lifestyle advice.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to support continued improvement and recovery.
• Educate and empower clients with knowledge and tools to take an active role in their health and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including other massage therapists, physiotherapists and wellbeing practitioners, to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with GDPR and professional standards.
• Support a safe, professional and welcoming environment for all clients.
• Promote clinic services and contribute to community health initiatives, open days or workshops, where relevant.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with best practice and evolving techniques.
• Reflect our clinic’s values in every interaction - from how you greet a client to how you support a colleague.
