The Opportunity: We are looking for dependable Assemblers ready to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. We have openings in two specialized areas — if you're mechanically inclined or have an electrical background, we want to hear from you. These are direct-hire, full-time & Part Time positions.

The Roles:

• Mechanical Assembler – Assemble fabricated metal enclosures using hand/power tools, blueprints, and mechanical equipment
• Electrical Assembler – Install and wire electrical systems using schematics, soldering, and AC/DC wiring techniques

What You'll Do:

• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or work orders to complete assembly tasks
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly instruments
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards
• Support production across departments as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/work with your hands for 8+ hours per shift
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with required PPE
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
