What they need
BTECH/BE degree qualified electrical and mechanical engineers with UPDA certification and a minimum of 10 years of experience as mechanical and electrical estimators in commercial and industrial building services.
Candidates must satisfy the following requirements
Be able to produce accurate cost based MEP Building services on a range of industrial, commercial, Oil & gas and energy sector projects, including high rise towers, substations, infrastructure related projects. Should possess experience in electrical & mechanical systems, components, material and installation, Able to prepare tender files & documents.
Proficiency in Candy Estimation Software( CCS) estimating systems, PlanSwift, AutoCad and Microsoft Office/Project etc.
Be able to accurately take off quantities from drawings/specifications, review Bills of Quantities, obtain in complaint quotations from suppliers/sub contractors, review quotations from compatibility, and ascertain labour norms, for installed materials etc. Maintain database of material coss, suppliers & subcontracts contracts, Vendor registration & updation
Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
