Experienced Mortgage Lending Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking)

About the Role

WL Mortgage & Finance Service is looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Mortgage Lending Assistant to join our North Shore, Auckland team.

You’ll work alongside an established mortgage advisory team with 10+ years in business and 20+ years of banking and finance experience, supporting clients with their home lending needs.

Banking, lending or accounting experience will be given priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with home loan applications, refinancing, refixing and loan restructuring
• Prepare applications and supporting documents
• Liaise with banks, solicitors, accountants and clients
• Follow up applications, conditions and settlements
• Support advisers with client service and daily lending administration
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Banking, lending, finance or accounting experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
