Experienced Nurse Injector

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Experienced Nurse Injector to join our vibrant medical spa team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic injections, including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers, to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Duties:

• Must have at least 2 years of Injectable experience.
• Perform advanced injectable procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care, ensuring optimal results while prioritizing patient safety.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their aesthetic goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols, ensuring all equipment and treatment areas meet health standards.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product benefits to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Manage patient records accurately using salon or med spa softwar documenting procedures, progress notes, and follow-up plans.
• Upsell appropriate skincare products or additional treatments to enhance client results and increase retail sales.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and regulatory guidelines through ongoing education and training.

Skills

• Proven time management skills to oversee treatment schedules, client flow, and team coordination effectively.
• Experience with software for appointment booking and client management.
• Strong social media management skills to promote services, share success stories, and engage with clients online.
• Exceptional customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control practices, and medical safety protocols.
• Certified in cosmetology or esthetic laser treatments; experience with dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or nail care is a plus.
• Skilled in administering botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion procedures, or other advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Experience with retail sales techniques and upselling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills for clear patient education and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with salon or med spa software such as for scheduling and record-keeping purposes.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
