Experienced Office Manager

Jackson Hewitt is looking for an Experienced Office Manager to lead our Seguin, TX location and help clients navigate tax season with confidence. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional client service
• Recruit, train, and supervise tax preparation staff and support personnel
• Monitor office performance metrics and drive revenue growth goals
• Ensure compliance with Jackson Hewitt policies, procedures, and tax regulations
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and employee performance reviews
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Handle cash management, reporting, and daily reconciliation duties

Requirements:

• Prior office management or supervisory experience required
• Experience in tax preparation or financial services strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, seasonal environment
• Customer-service oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
