Shift Options

• 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
• 1:00 AM–9:00 AM

What You'll Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Picker or Order Picker
• Minimum 3 months hands-on experience operating a pallet jack (required, no exceptions)
• Proficiency with a Raymond Order Picker or Crown Order Picker
• Background in a fast-paced warehouse, e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, or technology-driven environment
• Comfort with RF scanners, handheld devices, barcode scanning, and mobile apps
• A track record of hitting speed and accuracy targets
• Quick to learn new systems and processes
• Reliable, responsible, and ready to work night shifts

Pay

• Base rate: $17.60/hour
• First 8 weeks: bonus brings total pay to $25/hour
• After 8 weeks: performance incentives available for employees meeting productivity and accuracy targets
• Top performers typically earn $28–$33/hour with incentives (performance-based, not guaranteed)
