Experienced Outbound Appointment Setter – Remote

Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time
Compensation: PHP 30,000 monthly base salary + performance commission

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Appointment Setter who can confidently speak with business owners in the US market, build rapport naturally, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with strong outbound calling experience who knows how to hold a natural conversation, ask the right questions, handle objections, and create genuine interest without sounding overly scripted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based business owners
• Build rapport and communicate naturally with prospects
• Identify business needs and create interest in our services
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Handle common objections confidently and professionally
• Conduct follow-ups to help improve appointment show rates
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
• Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or phone sales
• Strong experience speaking with US-based customers or prospects
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and confident communication
• Ability to converse naturally instead of relying heavily on scripts
• Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
• Comfortable working the 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT schedule
