What Success Looks Like

In this role, your primary goal is to deliver high-quality painting services that meet our standards for professionalism and durability. Success means arriving on time, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and completing projects according to the client’s specifications.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, patching, and masking.
• Applying paint, stain, and varnish using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Ensuring all work areas are left clean and professional at the end of each shift.
• Communicating project status clearly with team leaders.
• Following all safety protocols, especially when working in various environments.

Over time, you will:

• Develop expertise in various painting techniques and specialty finishes.
• Take on more complex projects as your skills and reliability are proven.
• Participate in performance reviews to discuss your professional growth and compensation adjustments.

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

• Must live within a 30-minute commute of King of Prussia, PA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, as required for working in school facilities.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant plus.
• Prior experience with wallcovering installation and repair.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
