Location: Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067
Pay: $19–$40/hour depending on client assignment, services provided, and level of care required
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers and mobility
• Provide bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming assistance
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care
• Support clients with safe ambulation
• Provide fall-prevention and safety supervision
• Prepare meals according to client preferences
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with repositioning and comfort measures when needed
• Document and communicate changes in client care needs

Ideal Caregiver
We're seeking an experienced, confident, attentive, and safety-focused caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on assistance. The ideal candidate understands proper boundaries, protects client dignity, and communicates well with families and the office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with transfers and mobility assistance preferred
• Familiarity with gait belts or other assistive devices is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• HCA registration or willingness to obtain
• Required TB clearance
