Experienced Physiotherapist

Physiotherapist - 2 to 4 Years Experience

How many clinics actually show you the pathway past clinician, instead of just talking about it?

At Momentum Physio & Rehab Group, 2 to 4 years in is exactly when we start building you toward more: running case reviews with graduate physios, helping organise referrer events, and being part of onboarding new clinicians. Not eventually, once you've served your time. Now, while you're still building your own clinical game.

We back that growth with the tools to match it. VALD technology - ForceDecks, ForceFrame, DynaMo and AirBands - runs across the caseload, so the calls you're making on strength, asymmetry and return-to-sport readiness are backed by real numbers. If you've been in a role where 'senior' meant nothing changed except the title, this one's built differently.

The Caseload

Roughly 8 in 10 of our patients are private or extras-paying, not compensable, which means the work is driven by what the patient needs, not what a claims process dictates. Knee and ACL rehab makes up about a quarter of the caseload, with strong volumes in lumbar spine, shoulder and foot/ankle. Most of our patients sit in the 21 to 40 age bracket, active adults and community sport players, which is exactly the population VALD testing and return-to-sport protocols are built for. This isn't a caseload you have to go looking for the interesting cases in. It's most of the week.
