A small, busy Italian restaurant in Katy, Texas is looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who is confident working a pizza station, can maintain consistency during busy service, and works well as part of a team.

Position Details

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Hours: Approximately 35–40 hours per week
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Steady weekly hours

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stretch pizza dough
• Sauce, top, and finish pizzas according to restaurant standards
• Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
• Maintain proper portioning and consistency
• Prep pizza toppings and ingredients
• Keep the pizza station stocked, clean, and organized
• Assist with general kitchen prep when needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy dinner and weekend rushes
• Assist the kitchen team with cleaning and closing duties

Requirements

• Previous professional pizza-making experience required
• Experience in an Italian restaurant or pizzeria strongly preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Must be a strong team player
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English for kitchen coordination, safety, and order accuracy
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Must maintain consistent quality and presentation
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
