Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
• Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation and repair work
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and plumbing system maintenance tools effectively
• Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future problems
• Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to commercial driving regulations during project transportation
• Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects, new builds, or renovations requiring plumbing expertise
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
• Assist with construction site setup, heavy lifting tasks, assembly work, and remodeling projects as needed
• Use plumbing inspection cameras and schematics to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently

Skills

• Extensive construction experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects
• Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications
• Strong drain cleaning skills using professional equipment
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing system maintenance tools
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Knowledge of construction plumbing standards, blueprints reading, schematics interpretation, and water systems design
• Experience operating plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics
• Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations governing plumbing work
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for installation or repair tasks
• Construction site experience including remodeling projects and new installations
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and schematics understanding
• Heavy lifting capability for handling materials and equipment safely on-site
• Familiarity with HVAC systems as they relate to plumbing integration when applicable
• Commercial driving experience for transporting tools or materials between sites
• Handyman experience for versatile troubleshooting across various building systems

Pay: From $23.98 per hour
