Responsibilities

• Assist skilled plumbers with pipe installation, fitting, and assembly using hand tools and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project execution
• Support the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and valves
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper tool handling procedures
• Use pipe threading equipment and other mechanical tools to prepare piping for installation
• Help with remodeling, repairs, and system troubleshooting as needed on-site
• Follow building code regulations and safety standards during all phases of work to ensure compliance and safety

Requirements

• Prior construction experience with a focus on plumbing or related trades preferred
• Knowledge of construction plumbing systems, pipe threading, and pipe installation techniques
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in welding, HVAC systems, carpentry, and handyman tasks advantageous
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment safely on construction sites
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint interpretation
• Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and building code compliance
• Excellent teamwork skills with a customer service-oriented mindset when interacting with clients or team members
• Field service experience or previous work on construction sites highly desirable
