This position offers commission-based pay with earning potential up to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Powersports Technician experience required
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with Side-by-Sides, ATVs and motorcycles is a must
• Formal Powersports Technician training or certification strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to deliver quality work

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, and Side-by-Sides
• Diagnose issues using the latest tools and equipment
• Complete all work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test components, systems, and vehicles to ensure proper performance
• Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs or updates
• Follow manufacturer warranty and repair guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Powersports Technician
• Strong background in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
• Proficient in reading and interpreting service manuals and electronic diagnostics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
