Experienced Probate Paralegal

The Wright Law Firm, Ltd., an established law firm in Perrysburg, is seeking an experienced probate paralegal to join our team.

This position involves working closely with attorneys and clients on estate and trust administration, preparing probate forms, and drafting pleadings. A strong working knowledge of Ohio probate procedures and forms is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with estate and trust administration.
• Prepare and organize probate filings, pleadings, and supporting documents.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties throughout the administration process.
• Manage multiple estate files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in estate planning and estate administration.
• Familiarity with Ohio probate procedures and forms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines.
• Professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to serving clients and supporting colleagues.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts. No weekends.
