Experienced Property Manager

About the role

We're looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our growing team in New Lambton. You will manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, providing excellent service and building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors while ensuring all properties meet legal and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio alongside a dedicated assistant, keeping everything running smoothly
• Provide excellent service and build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Ensure all properties meet legal and safety requirements

About you

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Experience in commercial property management desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine team player who values respect and reliability
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software
• Real Estate License
• Current driver's licence
