About Us
At Tamworth Property Co, we're building more than a real estate agency — we're creating a place
where talented people can do meaningful work, grow their careers, and help shape a business
that's evolving at pace. We combine the strength of an established local name with the energy of a
business that's moving forward.
Your Growth Matters
Our team brings sales, property management, business development and content together under
one roof. This creates genuine opportunities to collaborate across functions, learn from each other,
and build a career that can evolve as you do.
Whether you're early in your journey or ready for your next step, you'll be supported by leaders who
want you to develop, stretch and succeed.
Local Strength, Local Connection
We're a Tamworth business through and through — proud to serve the community where our
clients and our people live and work. Being local means we know the streets, the schools and the
stories behind every sale. You're part of a close, connected team with a shared purpose.
A Culture We're Shaping Together
As we keep growing, we're focused on building a culture grounded in professionalism, trust and
genuine collaboration. This is a place where people support one another, celebrate each other's
wins, and step up to create something we can all be proud of. Be part of shaping our business.
