We’ve partnered with a highly regarded Property Management agencies known for managing a premium portfolio and maintaining an outstanding team culture. With exceptionally low staff turnover and a reputation for doing things properly, opportunities here don’t come up often.

You can pick your desired location, and whether you prefer Boutique or a Larger Agency environment.

Each client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio, and move into Team Leader roles if desired.

What sets this role apart:

• Salary $85,000 – $100,000 (DOE) + Super + Incentives

• Monday to Friday, enjoy your weekends

• Manage a clean, structured portfolio

• Stable, long-standing team with a genuinely positive culture

Your day-to-day:

• Manage your portfolio end-to-end with confidence
• Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee maintenance with efficiency and care
• Conduct routine inspections and detailed reporting
• Ensure full compliance with current QLD legislation

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1-3 years’ Property Management experience
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s licence
