Are you an experienced Lube Technician who knows your way around oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections? Corwin Ford of Springfield is looking for someone who can jump into our busy Quick Lane environment and help keep vehicles moving.

What You’ll Do:

As a Quick Lane Lube Technician at Corwin Ford of Springfield, you’ll perform routine maintenance services quickly, accurately, and professionally while following dealership and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and tire pressure checks
• Complete basic multi point inspections
• Identify and communicate additional maintenance needs
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and the parts department
• Keep the Quick Lane area clean, organized, and safe
• Use shop tools, lifts, and equipment safely and properly
• Help deliver a great customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For:

• We want someone with real hands on automotive experience who can thrive in a fast moving service lane.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous lube tech, Quick Lane, express service, or automotive maintenance experience
• Experience with oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and vehicle inspections
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
• Dependability, punctuality, and a team first attitude
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
