Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential buyers and investors through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Understand clients’ requirements, budgets, and investment goals.
• Present suitable properties and real estate investment opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Arrange property viewings and meetings with clients.
• Negotiate and assist clients throughout the property purchase process.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant real estate sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Confident, motivated, and target-oriented personality.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
