We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Experienced Real Estate Receptionist to join our busy and growing real estate office. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous real estate experience who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As the receptionist, you will be the face of our office, providing exceptional customer service to clients while supporting the sales and property management teams with daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
• Greeting clients and visitors to the office
• Managing general enquiries
• Data entry and maintaining CRM systems
• Preparing marketing materials, correspondence, and documentation
• Assisting sales and property management teams as required
• General office administration and support duties

About You:

• Previous real estate experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Well-presented, friendly, and professional
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using computers and office systems (CRM experience highly regarded)
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Reliable, proactive, and a team player
