We’re looking for ambitious recruiters who are ready to take greater ownership of their desk and work in a high-performance environment where results are recognised and rewarded .

The Role

You’ll take ownership of your market and manage the full 360° recruitment process, including:

• Building and managing strong client relationships
• Developing new business and winning new accounts
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation to placement
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Growing your network and personal brand
• Building a strong pipeline of candidates and clients
• Working towards clear billing and career targets

• Confident in both candidate and client conversations

• Comfortable with business development and winning new clients

Technology recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We’re open to high-performing recruiters from a range of sectors.
