Experienced Registered Massage Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Experienced Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans and attentive care. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary clinic filled with chiropractors, physiotherapy, acupuncture, naturopathy, hypnotherapy, and more. There is a full-time male registered massage therapist onsite who is completely full and looking to send ALL new patients to this new position.

Duties

• Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or trigger point therapy
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
• Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and clinic policies
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and answer any questions they may have
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care

Qualifications

• Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region
• Proven experience as a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong understanding of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatments
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans and address client concerns
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and safety protocols in a clinical setting
• Nice-to-have: Additional certifications in specialized massage techniques or complementary therapies

Pay: $38.99-$120.00 per hour
