Experienced Restaurant General Manager

We operate 13 Dairy Queen restaurants across Arkansas, and we’re looking for leaders who take ownership of their store. This is not a job for someone who wants to coast. It’s for someone who wants to run a great restaurant, build a strong team, and be rewarded for doing it.

What you’ll do:

• Run your shifts or your store to clear targets for labor, food cost, sales, and Fan experience

• Hire, train, and develop your team, and hold them to our standards

• Use daily and weekly routines (checklists, line checks, pre-shift huddles) to keep the store running smoothly

• Know your numbers every week and act when something is off

• Create a place people want to work and Fans want to come back to

What we’re looking for:

-At least [1–2] years leading people in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or military setting

• Someone who follows through without being chased

• Comfort holding people accountable, including people who don’t want to be

• Calm under pressure on a busy shift

• Open availability, including nights and weekends
