PREP COOK WILL BE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW ALL THE RESTAURANT RECIPES AND PREP LIST TO ENSURE THAT ALL IN-HOUSE PREP IS COMPLETED ON TIME.
THE PREP COOK WILL ENSURE THAT ALL FOOD SAFETY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED.
THGE PREP COOK WILL ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE DATED, LABELLING AND STORED CORRECTLY.
THE PREP COOK WILL ENSURE THAT THE PREP AREA IS KEPT CLEAN AND SANITIZED.
MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PREP COOK IN A HIGH VOLUME RESTAURANT IS ESSENTIAL.
Pay: R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
