Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Clover POS, ensuring quick and efficient transactions
• Prepare and serve food items according to safety standards and restaurant procedures
• Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including food prep stations, and kitchen spaces
• Assist in food preparation tasks, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
• Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and storage procedures
• Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Must be able to works days, evenings and weekends.
• Previous one year food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order processing and cashiering
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry
• Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Experience with food handling, preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Kitchen experience or previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
