About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly experienced, dynamic retail pharmacy assistant to join our team to

• Create strong rapport and trust with patients
• Deliver expert advice on over-the-counter products, health solutions, and wellbeing
• Handle merchandising, ticketing, catalogues, and ensure shelves look immaculate
• Support the team with invoice reconciliation, credits, and liaising with reps
• Collaborate with an exceptional dispensary team to deliver seamless service
• Available to work on weekends

Who You Are:

• Extensive experience in community pharmacy, with a proven track record in a high-volume or performance-driven environment
• Strong commercial expertise with the ability to actively drive sales, optimise margins, and identify growth opportunities
• Highly confident in customer engagement, professional selling, and building long-term patient relationships
• Demonstrated expertise in merchandising, promotional execution, and advanced stock management
• Exceptionally professional, self-driven, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable operating with autonomy and responsibility
