Experienced RN Injector (PRN)

Gilded Grove is a mobile concierge aesthetics practice serving the greater Austin area. We bring thoughtful, private aesthetic care directly to clients in their homes, with a focus on natural results, personal attention, and an unhurried experience.

As we grow our injectable services, we’re looking for an experienced RN injector who is clinically confident, dependable, and comfortable working independently within a clear medical framework.

The Role
You’ll manage the clinical portion of assigned appointments, including assessment, treatment, documentation, and aftercare, while working within established protocols, physician oversight, and our documentation systems.

This is a role with real autonomy, but not ambiguity. You’ll have clear standards, established workflows, and clinical support when needed.

Gilded Grove provides

• Scheduling and client communication
• Prescription product custody, storage, inventory tracking, and appointment-specific transport
• Physician oversight, treatment protocols, and GFE processes
• Established documentation systems and escalation pathways

You’ll be responsible for

• Reviewing and following established protocols and training materials
• Providing safe, thoughtful, high-quality aesthetic treatments
• Completing accurate and timely documentation
• Recognizing when something requires escalation
• Creating a professional, comfortable experience in each client’s home or private setting

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Texas RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior hands-on neurotoxin injection experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently
• Ability to work within a protocol-driven, physician-overseen model
• Reliable communication, documentation, and follow-through
• Willingness to follow established product custody, transport, and inventory procedures
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area

Preferred

• Microneedling experience
• Experience in concierge, mobile, or independent clinical settings

Position Details

• PRN, W-2 employee
• $45–$55/hour based on experience, plus commission on treatment revenue
• Appointment-based schedule
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and verification of required credentials.
