Experienced Rollback Operator

Almen Enterprises Towing LLC is seeking an experienced rollback driver to join our team.

Requirements

• Experience operating rollback tow trucks
• Valid driver's license with F endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet all requirements necessary to be added to city and county towing rotations
• CDL preferred, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule for after-hours coverage
• Hourly pay during business hours
• Commission paid on all after-hours calls
• Compensation based on experience, performance, and demonstrated competency

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls promptly, safely, and professionally
• Perform vehicle recoveries and transports using proper towing procedures
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
• Conduct routine vehicle and equipment inspections
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers, motorists, law enforcement, and business partners
