Experienced Roofer

Bones Plumbing & Roofing is looking for an experienced roofer to join our team based in Noosaville, working across Noosa, the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions.

You might already have a job and aren't actively looking. That's fine.

If you're good at what you do, take pride in your workmanship and are wondering whether there's a better opportunity out there, we'd be happy to have a confidential chat.

We're looking for someone who knows roofing, can be trusted to get the job done properly and wants to work with a good team.

What You'll Get

You'll receive:

• Company vehicle and fuel card
• Full-time or casual employment – depending on what works for you
• Competitive pay based on your experience
• Variety of roofing work rather than doing the same thing every day
• Monday–Friday work
• A team that values experienced tradespeople and quality workmanship
• Ongoing training and development where required
• Flexibility for the right person
• Work across Noosa and the Sunshine Coast, with some work in the Gympie region

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across a variety of roofing jobs, including:

• Roof repairs and maintenance
• New roof installations
• Guttering and associated roofing work
• Completing roofing work safely and to a high standard
• Working with the rest of our roofing team to get jobs completed efficiently
• Representing Bones Plumbing & Roofing professionally when you're out on the road

This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands roofing and is comfortable using that experience across different jobs.

The Kind of Roofer We're Looking For

We care more about finding a good roofer than finding the perfect CV.

You'll suit us if you've built up solid roofing experience and can confidently get onto a roof, understand what you're looking at and complete quality roofing work.

What You'll Need

There are a few basics you'll need:

• Solid, proven roofing experience
• Strong practical roofing knowledge
• Experience with roofing repairs, installation and guttering
• Current Australian driver's licence
• White Card
• Working at Heights certification, or willingness to obtain it

If you're an experienced roofer but don't tick every single box, we'd still rather have a conversation than miss out on a good person.
