Experienced Roofing Sales Representative – 1099

TK Roofing & Restoration LLC – Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

TK Roofing & Restoration is seeking experienced residential roofing sales professionals throughout DFW. This is a 1099, commission-only position for seasoned roofing salespeople who can generate leads, inspect roofs, work with homeowners, and close business.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years residential roofing sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to generate and close roof replacement opportunities
• Knowledge of insurance claims and retail roofing
• Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage
• Self-generate leads through canvassing, referrals and networking
• Strong communication, follow-up and closing skills
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required
• Existing DFW relationships/book of business is a plus

Compensation

• 40% of Gross Profit
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Commission only
• Uncapped earning potential

TK Roofing provides estimating/supplement support, production coordination, CRM support, marketing materials and experienced installation crews so you can focus on generating and closing business.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
