Experienced RV Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced RV Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of recreational vehicle systems and components. Your expertise will ensure that our customers' RVs are safe, reliable, and ready for their next adventure.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV electrical systems, including troubleshooting electrical faults and conducting system diagnostics using specialized tools.
• Repair and maintain various mechanical components such as transmissions, shocks & struts, suspension systems, HVAC units, brakes, and engine systems, including diesel engines.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and fluid system repairs (plumbing and HVAC).
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and heavy lifting techniques to execute repairs efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose and repair RV plumbing systems, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, HVAC units, and other specialized systems with precision.
• Assist with vehicle assembly or reassembly tasks during repairs or upgrades to ensure proper fitment and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Experience

• Proven dealership experience or extensive background as a service technician in automotive or RV repair environments.
• Strong electrical experience with expertise in RV electrical system diagnostics and repairs.
• Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, mechanical repairs, brake repairs, transmission work, and suspension systems.
• Familiarity with RV plumbing system maintenance and repair as well as HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and heavy lifting safely.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems including wiring diagrams and troubleshooting procedures.
• Experience with auto body repair or welding is a plus but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
